sysmocom SGP.26 test SM-DP+ for Consumer eSIM

Welcome to the sysmocom test SGP.26 test SM-DP+ for Consumer eSIM!

This server (smdpp.test.rsp.sysmocom.de) hosts a simplistic SM-DP+ (Subscription Management / Data Preparation) as described in GSMA SGP.22 for consumer eSIM profiles.

It uses the test certificates of GSMA SGP.26 for SM-DP+ DPtls, DPauth and DPpb. This means you can only download te eSIM profiles using an eUICC that itself contains a SGP.26 test key/certificate.

This service is a service sysmocom provides free of charge to the interested developer community. It is provided as-is and without warranties.

How to use it?

obtain an eUICC with SGP.26 test certificates such as the sysmoEUICC1-C2T
check the user manual of your SGP.26 eUICC (in case of sysmoEUICC1-C2T: sysmoEUICC1-C2T user manual)
use a LPA (Local Profile Assistant) software and point it to use the activation code / hostname (manually entered or via QR code) as stated below for the respective profile. Example LPAs:
- lpac (portable C language, command line)
- EasyEUICC/OpenEUICC, an Android LPA that can be SGP.26-enabled by disabling certificate validation

Available eSIM profiles

At this point, only GSMA TS.48 test profiles are available. Anyone can download these profiles any number of times; they are not constrained to one specific EID.

Unmodified TS.48 profiles
TS.48 profiles with unique ICCIDs

This covers the raw GSMA TS.48 profiles, using the static, non-unique ICCID as specified in TS.48. Given the fact that all variants of the TS.48 profile use the same ICCID, you cannot install multiple of those profiles simultaneously on the same ICCID. Check for the TS.48 uniqueiccid_ profiles further below if you intend to install multiple TS.48 profile versions/variants simultaneously on one eUICC.

TS.48: unique_iccid

This is a small modification over the GSMA TS.48 test profiles: They each have their own unique ICCID so you can download multiple of them onto a single given eUICC without raising an ICCID conflict.
